The love of building and creating came at a young age, but the exposure to captivating architecture came much later. It all started with a tortuous bus ride to New York City. Details began to stick and the love of design married the new knowledge of structures.

I grew up in the foothills of Appalachia, where the mountains weren’t just scenery—they were companions. Trees became my friends, offering new vantage points and teaching me to see the world differently.
